About the Comic
Ahum. I am M.E. Charm, creator of Faer-y Things. Solo creator. I make the damn thing on my own!
I will be typing some stuff about how I got the idea, etcetera, but it might be a bit messy, so beware..

*drinks his glass of water* Okay..
I wanted to make a webcomic. But what kind of webcomic? There are so many sorts of webcomics around, how the hell should I choose?!
I had the idea of making a comic with only cliches, all thrown with eachother, and then made fun of... but, nah. I also wanted to be original as hell!
But the question of what kind of comic to make remained... Luckily, Nintendo got the crrrrazy idea of making a The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker Limited Edition which also included Ocarina of Time.. I played... Fantasy... yeah... FANTASY!! OMG!! FAERIES!! FAERIES RULE!!! WHOOOOO!!113``q.... ahum. So I thought, why dont I make a nice fantasy comic? Sure, I replied to myself. But how can we be original? And then.. then came the best idea ever.... Non-originality.. but.. not parody. Cliche, approached semi-seriously. Cuz cliches are cliches for a reason... cliches are cool. This comic is "freely inspired". I claim my characters, but if you say "Hey, those clothes are ripped off my character!" you're wrong. It's inspired, giving you some sort of shrine, and you can tell all of your friends your cloth design is used in my comic. A ripp-off is if someone copies you and says he made it himself. THIS is a place where *I* give all the things I like a place to show themselves off. I like faeries, I like pirates, I like those enormous hats I make the faeries wear, I like goggles, I like catgirls.. and I use them all in my comic. Which makes it damn cool. Its goodness from everywhere, united into one comic. Loveable. Loooooovve. Yummy.
So remember: Freely inspired. I give credits to all that give/gave me the inspiration needed. ;)
